Apart, I Am Together is a collection of poems covering decades of marriage and the raising of six children. There are poems about family and reflections on important events (good and bad) in society. The poems, a spiritual journey, focus on the miracles of nature that surround us and the many events that create times where the traveler questions the map's directions.

Author Biography

Tom Donlon lives with his wife and children in Shenandoah Junction, West Virginia. He earned an MFA in poetry from the American University in Washington, DC, before moving to West Virginia in 1986. He was awarded a chapbook, Peregrine, in 2016 by Franciscan University of Steubenville. He has received Pushcart Prize nominations and a fellowship from the WV Commission on the Arts.
