Birzeit Society partners with third-party print-on-demand fulfillment providers to produce merchandise specifically for each order. Because items are made to order, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

Sizing Information

Please review all product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing your order.

We strongly encourage customers to use the measurement guide provided on each product page before purchasing.

Birzeit Society is not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Preference changes
  • Ordering the wrong item, color, or design

All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Upon verification, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the carrier and fulfillment provider to investigate and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error or a fulfillment defect.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly after being placed.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.

If you need assistance, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Donations

Birzeit Society is a nonprofit organization. Monetary donations are generally non-refundable. Donation refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when submitted promptly after the donation is made.
