Thank you for supporting Birzeit Society. All merchandise sold through our online store is produced and fulfilled by trusted third-party print-on-demand partners. Each item is custom-made after your order is placed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Processing times may increase during:

  • Holidays
  • Seasonal sales
  • High order volume periods
  • Product launches
  • Circumstances outside our control

Orders are not shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Typical total delivery: 5–10 business days

International Orders

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 5–20 business days
  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Multiple Items

Some orders may ship separately depending on product type, inventory availability, and fulfillment location.

If your order arrives in multiple shipments, you will receive tracking information for each package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Birzeit Society is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, Birzeit Society cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather events
  • Customs processing
  • Labor disruptions
  • Supply chain issues
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at shop@birzeitsociety.org.

We will work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine whether a replacement is appropriate.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and packaging

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.
